Description

With some MATs facing financial pressure to scale fast, and others cutting back on scaling to focus on quality of provision, Arbor Education & PS Financials are bringing MAT CEOs and Senior Leaders together with business experts to learn from one another and discuss different strategies for achieving sustainable growth.

You’ll hear from a series of education, business and industry leaders about how they have scaled their strategy, operations, central team process, systems, reporting and governance. You’ll leave with a series of relevant, practical and implementable steps to take back to your MAT to help you grow sustainably.

There will be lunch and breaks to network with other like-minded MAT leaders to discuss how they've scaled their Trust and exchange good practice.

This event is free, and has been sponsored by Arbor and PS Financials who help provide MIS, Finance, HR and data systems to help MATs scale and report effectively.
